COMPLETE IN HOUSE ART FACILITIES FOR ALL DEPARTMENTS EXHIBITS COMPLETE MONOGRAMMING CONTROL

We do not rely on any outsourcing for any art or pre press. At any given time, we have no less than 5 full time artists and digitisers who are at your service, to design monogramming that is both functional and eye catching.

In conflict with most industry norms, we choose to run PC based programmes in our art department, as this is the format that we have found is mostly used when clients supply existing logos etc.

We mostly use the graphics programmes Corel and Adobe Photoshop in our art department, and use Barudan Punchant as our embroidery digitising software. Our photo imaging is done using quality Agfa imagesetters and film.

  • All art is produced as per specifications provided on production forms produced from the central data base.
  • Production list is governed by client required by dates.
  • All art is sent to client for approval prepress. All colours, dimensions and layouts are provided in approval.

  • All art approvals are stored in special "job bags" to pre press, where details are rechecked prior to final production.
  • Repeat orders are produced via the original approvals.
  • The information from the previous job bag is followed for the life of that particular clients garment style.
