CUTTING,GRADING AND SEWING ARE PERFORMED WITH THE LATEST MACHINES

A great garment starts with the correct pattern. Be it a new style, or an existing pattern, we can alter specifications to suit your needs. With an increased variety and specialised manufacturing required within our company, we are able to track patterns and repeat styles thru our data base system.

Production schedules are controlled via timed production rates and working cells, to ensure on time delivery, and quality is checked at no less than 4 points during the actual sewing stage.

We have available an extensive range of machinery from multi needle sewing machines, bar tackers to sewing automats.

  • All orders are assigned to individual "cells" for manufacturing. Each cell will manufacture products that they specialise in, or have been involved in with sampling if the item is new to our system.
  • Based on previous history of time sheets for any given product, allowance is made for sufficient time to allow the garment to meet the next stage of production.
quality control
  • Consistent making, testing and evaluating models are used for each product that passes thru this department.
  • Apparel is quality checked thruout the process, to ensure that product guidelines are being adhered to.
  • Points such as stitch lengths, seam allowances and finishing are high on the agenda.
