Production of a quality product begins with good planning and Kombat has created a state of the art system that will see your order progress from the posting of a full colour confirmation order to the notification that your order has been despatched.
The Kombat system allows staff to pinpoint possible production problems before they occur. Ensuring your order is processed with professionalism and perfection.
- All orders must be entered into the production system, a delivery date calculated, and a confirmation sent to the customer within 72 hours of the order arrival.
- Production of a NEW product will not start until Kombat has studied all potential production problems.
- Each production phase must be completed by the system calculated date.
- Planning managers must be in constant contact with those in charge of the various phases to reduce or prevent delays.
- Customers are contacted and notified that the stock is ready for despatch.
