OUR SCREENPRINTING DEPARTMENT BOASTS BOTH MANUAL AND AUTOMATIC MACHINES
We run both manual and fully automatic screenprinting machines in this very busy department.
Screenprinting in the modern era allows for many technical applications and effects, such as 3D, Puff, foiling, felt and suede look finishes to name but a few. We can produce almost anything that you can imagine.
Our experienced printers can produce virtually anything from a 1 colour print to 4 colour process on dark garments.
- All orders follow our strict order procedures, allowing on time and correct delivery. Our database allows for easy order tracking and date assigenment.
- Proofs are printed of each job prior to production for qualtiy control checks by the department manager.
- A complete history, including samples are kept on file to enable repeat orders to be prodcued with minimal fuss.
- Samples are wash checked, to ensure ink curing and longevity of the print. In the unlikely event of a problem during this important QC check, the garments will be recurred thru our ovens.
